What shipping carrier do you use?
We use USPS and UPS as shipping carriers for all domestic orders, and Global Post for orders outside the US. We will ship UPS Standard to Canada if it allows. If you require special shipping arrangements, please email us at [email protected].
How does Free Shipping work?
Orders over $149 are eligible for free shipping; however, there are some exceptions due to size. The following items are not included in free shipping: Seat Foam and covers, Exhausts, A-Arms, Nerf Bars, Steering Stems, Polaris Outlaw Hood, KFX450R Full Size Hood, CRF Skid Plates & Sprocket Guards, Tires, Precision products that ship directly from Precision (i.e. Select Your Model), Bumpers, Fuel Customs Air Box Kits, Big 3 Power Kits, & Heel Guards. For orders that include these items, there will be a shipping charge added to your order that states: "Shipping- Select Items Only. An item in you selected requires flat rate shipping or ships separately from other items on order"
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We do not offer international shipping on Tires, Skid Plates or Exhausts, unless you live in Canada, or are willing to pay the additional fee associated with a large shipment. We understand that international shipping is expensive, but if you have questions about shipping cost, please contact us and we will gladly provide you a more accurate shipping quote (usually cheaper than website calculator)
Can You Ship Next Day?
Yes, if you contact us before 11 A.M. EST and the item is in stock, we can ship UPS Next Day Air for an additional fee.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since most parts are custom made to order based on the color you chose when checking out, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, you must let us know within 72 hours of receiving it. Please email us at [email protected]. We do believe in customer service as a core value so under unique circumstances we will offer store credit in place of refunds.
We offer exchanges on select items only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on the returned item and the new item, and also a 15% restocking fee for plastic or a 20% restocking fee on all fiberglass parts will be charged to buyer.
In the event that a simple return is authorized, buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. Buyer will receive store credit less appropriate restocking fee and shipping.
Credit will be assessed once the item has been returned. The item must be returned in new, undamaged condition. In the event that the item is damaged, scratched or chipped, no credit will be given. You will have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense, or forfeit the item.

How can I cancel my order?
We have a very limited window for cancellations. You must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us at [email protected]. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive refund back to original form of payment. Order cancellations after 24 hours (as long as your order hasn't been started) will receive store credit. Once an order is submitted, our team starts ordering all the materials and/or parts needed to complete your order. This process happens quickly and once the parts and materials are ordered, or the part is molded, you cannot cancel your order.
Are your carbon products made of real carbon fiber?
No, our carbon products are made of a highly durable and impact resistant hybrid plastic that is made to look like carbon fiber. Our plastic is better than real carbon fiber because it will bend rather than instantly cracking under impact and it is equally as light in terms of weight.
Heat shields and select hoods and shrouds are made of fiberglass.
What is your lead time?
Black carbon, and other high demand colors, as well as our billet parts and aftermarket parts (with the exception of a few) will ship within a few days. Other items including fiberglass hoods may take 7-10 days to ship. Lead times can vary with order quantity and supplier delays, but we try to keep it as consistent as possible.
What about custom seat covers and Seat Fiam? What is the lead time on those?
The lead time on seat covers stays consistent at 1-2 weeks, but again, that can vary depending on order quantity and supplier delays on materials. Please allow up to 3 weeks for seat foam.
How do I become a sponsored rider?
Sponsorship opens in September/October each year. You can apply for sponsorship HERE. If you are already sponsored by us, you will still need to reapply each year. Sponsorship is not guaranteed as spots are limited, so the sooner you sign up, the better. Your sponsorship discount is also not guaranteed to stay the same year over year.
