Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We do not accept returns. Since most parts are custom made to order based on the color you chose when checking out, we can not accept returns. If there is an issue with a part you ordered, please email us at [email protected] We offer exchanges on select items only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for the returning item and the new item, and also a 20% exchange fee.
Do you offer cancellations?
We have a very limited window for cancellations so therefore we do not offer order cancellations. You must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is submitted, our team starts ordering all the materials and/or parts needed to complete your order. This process happens quickly and once the parts and materials are ordered, or the part is molded, we cannot cancel that item as it may be months for that specific item and color combination to sell again, if it sells at all. We do believe in customer service as a core value so under unique circumstances we will offer store credit in place of refunds with a 20% restocking fee. Please email us if you feel you have a unique circumstance that requires attention."
Do your parts come with a warranty?
No, they do not. Due to the nature of off road riding/racing, it is impossible for us to offer any sort of warranty.

Can you make a part in a custom color for me?
Send us an email of the color you would like and we can see if we can custom make it for you. An additional fee may apply.

We do offer shipping worldwide. If you have any difficulty ordering off our site, please email us at [email protected]
Do you guys sponsor?
Yes we do, but we only accept resumes September through December of each year.
Do you guys offer the customization of seat covers such as names, numbers, etc?
Currently, the only customization we offer are the choosing of colors used on the seat cover. Unfortunately we cannot embroider names or numbers at this time.
When will my order ship?
Most of our parts are made to order. When a part is out of stock and needs to be made, we ask 7-10 business days before your order will ship. Once it ships, you will receive an email with tracking. Seat covers are always made to order and ship within 10-15 business days. At peak times in the offseason, orders can take slightly longer due to the shear volume of orders we receive as everyone builds for the upcoming season.
When is your next sale?
We typically hold at least a few sales and promotions throughout the year. Usually sales are ran near or on major holidays.
