Do you accept returns?

Since most parts are custom made to order based on the color you chose when checking out, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, you must let us know within 72 hours of receiving it. Please email us at [email protected]. We do believe in customer service as a core value so under unique circumstances we will offer store credit in place of refunds.

We do offer exchanges on select items only. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on the returned item and the new item, and also a 15% restocking fee for plastic or a 20% restocking fee on all fiberglass parts will be charged to buyer. 

In the event that a simple return is authorized, buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. Buyer will receive store credit less appropriate restocking fee and shipping.

Credit will be assessed once the item has been returned. The item must be returned in new, undamaged condition.  In the event that the item is damaged, scratched or chipped, no credit will be given. You will have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense, or forfeit the item.

Can I cancel my order?

We have a very limited window for cancellations. You must cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive refund back to original form of payment. Order cancellations after 24 hours (as long as the order hasn't been started) will receive store credit. Once an order is submitted, our team starts ordering all the materials and/or parts needed to complete your order. This process happens quickly and once the parts and materials are ordered, or the part is molded, we cannot cancel your order.
