Get more holeshots with a 24V kit! The 24 Volt Kit allows you to wire two batteries for quicker starts which is critical in dead-engine start races. Our kit provides a CNC laser cut and formed aluminum battery box, a carbon fiber battery hold down, all hardware, and wiring to allow for 12v and 24v operation. We use 6 gauge wire for the best transmission of current. Our kit is the only kit that has wiring for both 12v and 24v operation. All other kits on the market have standard wires for 24v only.

Requires cutting of rear plastics
Real carbon fiber battery clamp.
Made from 1/8" aluminum plate for strength and durability

with this setup - how would i go about charging the batteries. Thank you - Honda 450er 2008

A:
On 24V setups, the main battery is still charged as it would be on a 12V system, by the ATV. However, the 2nd battery does not get charged by the ATV. You will need to charge the 2nd battery with a charger between races.

The box is designed to fit an OEM size battery. Any OEM size or smaller battery will fit.
